Steel Buildings

Our Steel Buildings incorporate a pre-galvanised cold rolled section to produce the frame.  Due to advancements in technology cold rolled steel frames have developed considerable over the last 10 years making it a perfect alternative to traditional hot rolled steel buildings.  We can produce cold rolled profiles with automated punching on any axis and variations of section sizes from 50 mm to 500 mm.

The Steel used in our steel buildings has a high yield, giving great strength to weight ratios. Yield strengths have improved from 280N/mm 2 to 350N/mm2 then 390N/mm2 and now 450N/mm2 with 550N/mm, available upon special order.

Our Steel Buildings are robust and designed to the latest standards and codes.  Due to their weight they are simple and fast to erect which in turn reduces your erection costs.

In addition to the saving on erection costs, due to the high strength light weight nature of our product, the base requirements are reduced resulting in a further saving for your project.

Our Steel Frames can comfortably accommodate 25 metre spans, combined with a maximum height to Eaves of 6 metres.

Due to our backroom design and detailing software, we are able to deliver steel buildings within 7 working days of final approve of sizes and account clearance.

Our Steel Building Kits are supplied with industrial roller shutter doors, insulated and Personnel doors if required and all fixings needed to complete the frame and cladding.
